Qualifications and experience:
|
Matric (Grade 12) A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) in administration, business management, or a related field will be an advantage
Minimum of 4 years of administrative and/or secretarial experience, preferably consulting sector
|
|
Responsibilities:
|
Provide comprehensive office, secretarial, and project administrative support, including but not limited to: Managing project documentation and filing systems Capturing and maintaining project Quality Management System (QMS) records Processing and verifying contractor payment certificates from the QMS database for approval by the Project Manager and/or Resident Engineer Coordinating communication between site office staff, contractors, and professional service providers Preparing and formatting reports, minutes, and other project documentation Capturing timesheets and out-of-pocket expense (OOPE) claims in the system Assisting with general office duties, including reception support and handling inbound/outbound calls professionally Managing project-related correspondence, contractor certificates, and ensuring efficient document flow Organizing and maintaining administrative records, reports, and filing systems Assisting with the preparation and compilation of tender documents Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Friendly, professional, and efficient with excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
