Qualifications and experience:

BIT or BSc in Computer Science preferable
Minimum 2 years' experience
Full stack web developer
Experience with web-based GIS & mapping

Responsibilities:
|
Development of the systems will be done with the input of civil and mechanical engineers.
Testing, diagnosing and modifying systems to ensure that they operate reliably.
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning and artificial neural networks.
Capability to work with data from local sources (offline) and online sources which will be displayed on a website to be developed
Understanding of hierarchical user access control and levels of information
Able to develop striking graphical display of analyses outcomes
Capability to develop communication and reporting systems - automatic user alarms, PDF reports & notifications (WhatsApp messages, bots, emails, etc.)

Understanding of App development and related programming will be advantageous (Android Design Studio, Apple Developer)
