Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Qualifications and experience:
Matric
A relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) will be an added advantage


Minimum of 4 years reception and administrative experience


 
Responsibilities:
Reception duties:
Carry out general reception and telephonic duties aligned with the professional image of the company
Required to familiarize himself/ herself with company service offering and capabilities
Screen calls, oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail as well as corporate emails
Manage boardroom and video conference unit booking schedule on Outlook 
Administrative duties:
Assist with admin tasks and general administration
Assist with ordering office supplies; stationery, groceries, courier services
Housekeeping duties; general facilities and maintenance
Efficient assistance with tender procedures and tender compilation.

Candidate must be well-organised, friendly, polite and efficient
Self-motivated, self-starter and comfortable to perform team work
Good communication skills
