Requirements
|
1. Work Output Description
Assist the manager in the control, management and direction of the underground working of the mine, as stipulated by the regulation.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or NQF 4 Equivalent
- Degree or NQF 7 Equivalent in Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- At least 3- 5 years’ experience as Mine Manager (MHSA 2.6.1 or 3.1 appointment)
3. Advantageous
- Management Programme / MDP / MAP
- Trackless Mining experience and background 3 - 4 years minimum
4. Skills and Knowledge
- Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and related legislation
- Computer Literacy (MS office, SAP System)
5. Physical/Legal Requirements
- Obtain medical fitness certificate
- Clear Criminal Record
- Valid Driving Licence
