LegalWise South Africa is searching for an energetic, creative and confident graduate who is passionate about the field of employee learning and development, to take part in our annual internship program.

This internship will offer an eager and ambitious young graduate, a unique opportunity to showcase their skill set and to assist in the administration, organization and presentation of company training programs, meetings and initiatives. You will gain valuable practical work experience and essential business proficiencies from within the LegalWise Learning and Development Academy and will be given the opportunity to make your mark on the company by providing first-class training and development to our biggest asset - Our People.

Our internship program offers great variety in daily work activities as well as exposure to a variety of exciting teams, projects and initiatives throughout the Company. You will have the opportunity to work within a team of high performing and goal-oriented individuals, to gain vital professional skills under experienced managers which will allow you to form a solid foundation for your exciting new career.

You will be expected to, among others:

• Identifying and presenting opportunities for improvements relevant to training solutions and material and Delivers training in line with the training strategy and plans.
• Designing and developing of training material, manuals, and assessments as well as preparing training aids such as agendas, facilitator guides, training plans, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids.
• Assisting with all training Co-ordination and Administration activities, which includes the development of training schedules, gathering and analysis of training feedback and ensuring that the Learner management system is updated at all times.
• What will ensure that you qualify for this position?
• A Completed Human Resource Degree.
• You must be computer literate and technologically savvy.
• You must be able to speak English fluently and the ability to speak one other official South African language would be to your advantage.
• You must have the ability to build rapport with individuals and work in a team.
