Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management warehouse/stores environment. Appropriate Procurement experience. |

Manage acquisition of goods and services, through EPS, transversal tenders and other means as prescribed in the AOS and SCM delegations. Prepare bidding templates and relevant documentation to present at Quotation Evaluation Committee. Perform general LOGIS system functions pertaining to Supply Chain Management. Execute compliance control related to Supply Chain Management/Finance and handle queries in all aspects within the Supply Chain Management Department. Assistance with IFS and AFS stock take processes. Assist with all general tasks within the Supply Chain Management and Finance Department. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics or Accountancy as a passed subject or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Sound theoretical knowledge and experience of the Accounting Officer System (AOS) and Supply Chain Management. Good verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (e-mail). Knowledge of LOGIS, ESL, and EPS systems. |

Remuneration:
|
R 181 599 - R 213 912 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
