Experience
-• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in key account management, sales, or business development roles, preferably within the insurance sector
-• Extensive knowledge or experience in the Automative or Dealership or financial services sectors
-• Familiarity with CRM software
-• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-• Prior experience in dealer management or as a runner dealer
Job Summary
-• Participate in strategy formulation, and implement and manage the strategy and day-to-day operational requirements for the business.
-• Ensure client losses are minimal (less than 5%) by measuring performance against revenue based on the previous year's total revenue.
-• Communicate with external stakeholders, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This communication can occur in person, in writing, or via telephone or email.
-• Prepare high-quality proposals, documentation, and rigorous ROI presentations.
-• Forecast and drive new business opportunities.
-• Ensure accurate sales pipeline management to achieve twice the annual revenue growth target.
-• Plan and prioritize sales activities to ensure retention, growth, and profitability.
-• Formulate, implement, and manage the sales strategy and objectives for selected key accounts.
-• Maintain an effective account plan document.
-• Ensure annual growth of more than 20% PBT (based on the previous year's PBT).
-• Achieve agreed business targets.
-• Ensure the sales pipeline exceeds set targets.
-• Apply complex sales solutions methodology from initial contact to contract sign-off and implementation.
-• Resolve difficult problems by providing effective and appropriate solutions and taking corrective actions in a timely manner.
-• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, and Innovation group requirements and policies.
-• Ensure adherence to operational procedures and controls for service transactions, information systems procedures, and financial management controls.
-• Build and manage sustainable business relationships at all levels, both internally and with external accounts.
-• Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others over time.

Education
-• A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualification
