• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Skills Development Facilitator
• Proven experience in compiling and submitting Workplace Skills Plans (WSP)
• Experience in compiling and submitting Annual Training Reports (ATR)
• Strong background working with Discretionary Grants Funding period with multiple SETAs, with a record of successful application completions
• Comprehensive understanding of the Skills Development Act of 1999 and skills development legislative framework
• Knowledgeable in Learnerships, Skills Programmes, Bursaries, and Internships
• Previous experience in implementation and managing learnership programme's
• Thorough understanding of SETA processes and compliance
• Experience effectively implementing and managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Experience managing unemployed learners during learnerships.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Previous experience in Insurance / Financial Services Environment
