• The unemployed learnership program is open to 15 candidates aged between 18 and 35 years.
• Candidates must be South African citizens.
• Candidates must be unemployed.
• A learner may not be on more than one INSETA-funded programme at the same time, unless it is an INSETA-initiated programme that promotes learners’ employability.
• Learners that previously exited an INSETA-funded Short-term insurance NQF 4 will not be considered unless special representation has been made by the employer. Approvals are at the discretion of INSETA.
• Preference will be given to candidates that have exceptional communication skills, ambition and drive to start their career journey within a corporate environment.
