Position Description
-• The unemployed learnership programme is open to 5 able-bodied and 5 candidates living with disabilities aged between 18 and 35 years.
-• Candidates must be South African citizens.
-• Candidates must be unemployed
-• Where candidates have prior working experience, preference will be given to those with experience working in a contact centre or sales environment.
-• A learner may not be on more than one INSETA-funded programme at the same time, unless it is an INSETA-initiated programme that promotes learners’ employability.
-• Learners that previously exited an INSETA-funded programme prior to completion will not be considered unless special representation has been made by the employer. Approvals are at the discretion of INSETA.

Job Summary
-We’re committed to making a change and are pleased to announce that we have received our second Discretionary Grant (DG) from the INSETA focused on unemployed learnerships in less than 12 months! With the unemployed learnership funding received, we can give 10 unemployed learners the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, whilst completing a FET certificate in Short-Term Insurance recognised at NQF Level 4. All current Innovation Group employees can play a part in the programme by applying on behalf of qualifying friends or family members!
