Requirements
|
1. Work Output Description
- Responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of resources required to attain training and development goals and achieve the organisation’s business objectives. The role encompasses the overseeing of training centre training activities, administration and people supervision.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate or NQF4 Equivalent Required
- ODETDP Level 5 Certificate Required
- Moderator Certificate Required
- Trade Certificate/Blasting Certificate in Engineering/Mining Field Required
- 3 Years Relevant HRD Experience Required
- 1-2 Years’ Experience as an Engineering Foreman/Shift Supervisor (TMM) Required
3. Advantageous
- Engineering Law and Standards
- ODETDP Diploma
3. Skills and Knowledge
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- HRD Systems
- Leadership Skills

5. Physical/Legal Requirements
