Requirements
|
1. Work Output Description
- The Plant Engineer is responsible for preventative maintenance to ensure plant availability and plant production. The role is furthermore responsible for asset care and management in order to protect plant assets; and also responsible for providing technical support to the Production Manager.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate Required
- Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Engineering Required
- Degree or National Diploma in Engineering Required
- 5-8 Years Engineering Experience within the Mining Sector Required
- 2 Years Supervisory / Managerial Experience within the Mining Sector Required

- Engineering principles, methodologies and practices
- Capex Project Management Methodologies and Principles
