Requirements

1. Work Output Description
- The role is responsible for the effective performance of Control Room related activities and administrative functions whilst adhering to Plant operational procedures with the aim of achieving production objectives.
2. Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/NQF 4 Certificate Required
- Control Room Operator Modules Required
- Completion of all Concentrator Plant Specific Modules
- 1-3 Years Plant Control Room Operator Experience Required
3. Advantageous
- 2 Years Additional Plant related Experience
- Metallurgical Courses
