1. Purpose of Role
-Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum is offering graduate development to anyone interested in pursuing a career in Mining Engineering. The programme offers a practical work-based training to enable graduates to adapt effectively in the world of work and to be employable at the end of their training.

-Maintaining consistent performance
-Taking ownership of their work
-Initiating development discussions
-Seeking feedback
-Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
3. Qualifications
-Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering

-Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
