Requirements:
1. Purpose of Role
-The Social Performance Officer Admin will be part of the social performance team and is responsible for the administration of approved social and labour plan and initiatives at the operation.

2. Work of Role
-Create a detailed data base profile of the host communities
-Assist the social performance manager with administration of local community projects, by ensuring alignment with social and labour plan (SLP)
-Manage administration for implementation of (internal social performance process efficiency improvement) project plans
-Manage administration functions for the social labour plan
-Provide administrative support for social performance and sustainability reports
-Develop and maintain local stakeholder database and undertake analysis of the information on a regular basis to update and prioritize stakeholder engagement plans
-Maintain records of local issues, categorize, and prioritize them accordingly
-Follow up on administrative duties and make necessary recommendations to Social Performance Manager
-Maintain up to date file of minutes and agenda of meetings
-Keep records of charters for each project
-Coordinate weekly and monthly reports
-Maintain and update the data base of traditional authority, municipality, and government stakeholders
-Develop and maintain schedule of weekly and monthly meetings

3. Qualifications
-NQF Level 6 Diploma in Social Science

4. Experience
-Experience in compiling social profiles
-Experience in administration of multi-stakeholder engagement sessions
-Experience in administration of social and labour plan projects/reports
-Minimum of 4 years social performance experience of which at least 1 year experience in the mining environment

5. Knowledge and Skills
-Computer literate for role
-Knowledge of government socio-economic development plans
-Effective communication skills
-Negotiation skills
-Financial management skills
-Valid driver’s license
-Good interpersonal skills
-Proper report writing skills
-Research analysis skills
-Report writing skills
-Good conflict resolution skills
-Competent in company systems and related legislation
