Requirements:
|
1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - This role is responsible to execute practical mining skills training, assessment, and evaluation for employees, including skills programmes.
2. WORK OF ROLE - Compliance in terms of MQA requirements - Compliance to the Mine Health and Safety Act - Compliance to training, assessment, and evaluation with approved methodology and learning material (learning delivery system) - Execute training, assessment, and evaluation - Executed operational mining development for competency - Execution and delivery of generic induction - Progressive reports on predetermined targets for engineering skills development - Training resources in compliance with best practice
3. QUALIFICATIONS - Grade 12 / AET Level 4 - NQF Level 3 ODETP Certificate - Assessor Certificate - SPFOG A: Underground hard rock narrow tab - SP Underground hard rock blasting assistant - Blasting Certificate – Advantageous - Certificate of competency in 2 mining occupations
4. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years HRD engineering experience
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Competent in HRD systems and related legislation - Good communication skills
