Requirements:
|
1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE This role is responsible to execute practical skills training and evaluations for A1-B7 engineering employees including ancillary skills programmes. Executes training and evaluations in an unconstrained and constrained area. Execution and delivery of generic induction. The maintenance of applicable MQA accreditation criteria in a designated area to ensure competence.
2. WORK OF ROLE - Compliance in terms of MQA and QCTO requirements - Compliance to the Mine Health and Safety Act - Compliance to training and evaluation with approved methodology and learning material (learning delivery system) - Executed and delivered generic induction - Executed skills development for capability - Progressive reports on predetermined targets for skills development - Training resources in compliance with best practice
3. QUALIFICATIONS - Grade 12 / AET Level 4 - Coach the Learner NQF 3 - Advantageous
4. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years in human resources in Mining / Engineering or Shaft
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Computer literate for role - Good communication skills - Good employee relations skills - Valid driver's license
