Requirements:
|
1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- This role is responsible for data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting into information for Survey use as per the latest Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine standards, procedures and survey best practice guidelines.
2. WORK OF ROLE
- Administering effective information recording systems
- Analysing survey data
- Capturing data onto appropriate systems
- Communicating survey information
- Gathering of survey related data for other disciplines
- Gathering survey data and represented electronically
- Identify and report on work related risks and hazards
- Issuing electronic survey instructions and notifications including holing warnings
- Performing monthly production measuring
- Performing underground excavation measurements
- Providing survey information for updating of electronic plans
- Spatial checking of survey pegs
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Advanced Chamber of Mines Survey or National Higher Diploma in Mine Survey / Btech in Mineral Resources Management
- Chamber Of Mines Advance Valuation Certificate - Advantageous
4. EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 4 years survey experience
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literacy for role
- Knowledge of MRM systems
- Check Survey experience
