Requirements:
|
1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE - To check, ensure that all catering is in an acceptable format i.e., quality, quantity, and preparation – portion control.
2. WORK OFROLE - Check and assist with weekly and monthly stock taking - Check daily programme i.e. menus, other catering requirements - Cleaning and hygiene all fridge stores and all applicable/relevant work places - Ensure that food are properly prepared and locked to required standard with specific reference to attainment of nutrition value, taste and appearance - Ensure that serving area is in accordance with quality and quantity and per required standard - Prepare all items according to menus in accordance with Catering Supervisor - Prepared to work shifts during and alternative weekend - Report any stock shortages and discrepencies
3. QUALIFICATIONS - Grade 12
4. EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 5 months experience - Hospitality experience
5. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - Read and Write in English
