Requirements:

1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine is offering graduate development programme to a person who already obtained a qualification in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering. The programme offers a practical work-based training to enable graduates to adapt effectively in the world of work and to be employable at the end of their training.
2. WORK OF ROLE
- A graduate will be required to work shifts
- Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
- Initiating development discussions
- Maintaining consistent performance
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Seeking feedback
- Taking ownership of their work
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- Advanced Diploma or Degree in Extraction Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
4. COMMENTS
- Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine
