Requirements:

1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum Mine is offering an internship program for individuals who already obtained a qualification in Human Resources Management / Labour Relations / Industrial Relations. This program provides practical, work-based training to help interns adapt effectively to the professional world and become employable upon completion at the end of their training.

- Adhering to the company’s conditions of employment, policies and code of conduct
- Initiating development discussions
- Maintaining consistent performance
- Seeking feedback
- Taking ownership of their work
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree / Advance Diploma in Human Resources Management / Labour Relations/ Industrial Relations
4. COMMENTS
- Preference will be given to applicants staying near or around Siyanda Bakgatla Platinum
