? Verifying attendance hours worked.
? Ensure timeous submission of hours worked to the Payroll department.
? Sourcing and reducing Labour as per production requirements.
? Preparing of documents for onboarding, induction of new colleagues, new
colleague finger enrollment and general updating of internal database.
? Investigation of any time and attendance discrepancies and liaise with payroll.
? Verification of paperwork related to onboarding has been filled and signed by all
the new colleagues and is according to Employer requirements.
? Liaise with the clinic department for medical examination of all our onboarding
and offboarding of colleagues.
? Ensure filing is up to date monthly.
? Assist with payroll and other related queries.
? Attend to all front desk colleagues' queries.
