Assist with the implementation and maintenance of policy documents/ circulars within the Hospital as well as training in this regard. Render assistance with all transversal personnel practices, including all employment practices, conditions of service and terminations within the Hospital. Conduct audit investigations and follow-up investigations and provide feedback on Auditor General Enquiries/ Action Plans. Assist with grievances and dispute resolutions with regard to personnel practices. Assist with compensation management matters and implementation of Occupational Specific Dispensations. Provide support in the processes pertaining to OD Investigation and Job Evaluation processes and establishment matters. Assist with the compilation of a HR Plan for the hospital and all matters related to this. |

Extensive experience in People Management Practices. |

Good communication (written and verbal) skills. Sound knowledge of people management practices. Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel and Power Point) Ability to work independently. |

Remuneration:

281418-331497 Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
