Inherent requirement of the job:
A valid (Code B/EB) driver's licence.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in Contract Management and Financial Management.
 
Requirements
Appropriate three-year National Diploma/Degree in Finance.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Effective support to the ASD to manage the Contract Management Functions. Effective support to the ASD for the management of the Accounting function and Expenditure Control. Effective and efficient support to the ASD in the management of Transfer Payments and external funding partnerships.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Extensive knowledge in financial administration, SCM and contract management Well acquainted with the BAS, LOGIS, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), NTR’s and PTIs. Knowledge of transfer payments to Local Authority and NGO’s. Advanced computer literacy in (Ms Office, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Remuneration:
R 316 791- R 373 167 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
