| Appropriate administrative experience in a Health Environment. |

| Computer literacy (MS Excel and MS Word). Good interpersonal and communication skills (Fully conversant with writing skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Proactive and able to work under pressure. Ability to coordinate, organise and meet deadlines. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and have good communication skills. Friendly demeanour and neat appearance. |

| Provide and coordinate administrative support services to the Therapy Unit Chief and multidisciplinary team, including record keeping, filing, data capturing and monthly file audits. Coordinate logistical arrangements for staff engagements, meetings/ training sessions and/or other related requirements for the Unit. Ensure discharge forms and UPFS charge sheets are completed timeously with the correct ICD10 codes. Manage all resources (consumables and assets) according to the Supply chain and Private public partnership’ procedures. Manage and perform other administrative support duties as delegated by the supervisor. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).

Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post.
