Experience:
Appropriate LOGIS experience. Appropriate experience in rendering a support service to senior management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Office Package). Good communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official language of the Western Cape. Good planning and organisational skills, including office management.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Render a secretarial support service to the Director i.e. diary management, administrative support and records management. Render administrative support services including procurement of goods and services to the directorate. Provide support to the Director regarding meetings including minute taking. Support the Director with the administration of the budget. Support the Director with the administration of all People Management aspects. Render an administrative support service to staff within the Directorate.
 
Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) plus Secretarial Diploma or Office Management or appropriate qualification of a minimum duration of twelve (12) months.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence. Willingness to travel. Availability to assist after hours with queries.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
