| Appropriate asset management and LOGIS system experience and knowledge. |

| Knowledge of all relevant legislative and policy requirements pertaining to supply chain asset management. Good written and verbal communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Extensive knowledge of processes and reporting related to Asset management. Good leadership and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy. |

| Proper resource management and ensure Human Resource prescripts are adhered to. Ensure that assets are effectively managed and maintained. Ensure that assets are disposed of effectively and in line with the prescribed disposal management process. Responsible for the management of the annual asset count and verification process and the completion of all IFS and AFS annexures annually. Verify and confirm monthly spot checks and complete and submit monthly asset reporting. Ensure overall adequate maintenance of the asset register. |

| Senior Certificate with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate with experience/competencies that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) of the post. |

| Valid (Code E/EB) driver’s licence. Willingness to travel. |

Remuneration:

|
R 257 508 - R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
