|
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development and Training. |
|
|
Computer literacy (MS Office). Good communication skills in at least two of the three languages of the Western Cape. |
|
|
Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of a work place skills programme. Render a secretariat service to the skills development committee. Maintain a training database. Assist line manager on all HRD and Training policies, procedures and interventions. Complete and submit HRD records, statistics, training reports and in-service course and administer function within the component. Assist with the need analysis, co-ordination of training, information sessions, sourcing of service providers, process, nominations, confirmation letters, attendance registers and statistics. Assist the line manager in the co-ordination of the Employee Health and Wellness function of the component. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703 per annum - R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
