Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of MSExcel, MSWord. Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. High level problem solving and analytical skills. Understanding financial management as implemented in Government and within the context of infrastructure delivery, IDMS budgeting and spending. In-depth knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Division of Revenue Act, Treasury Regulations, Practice Notes, Instructions and Circulars. Understanding of Government Immovable Asset Management Act of 2007. Ability to work under pressure and lead a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to prioritise and organise in a complex multi-disciplinary environment. |

Financial Accounting within the Chief Directorate. Supply Chain Management, Asset Management and Contract Management within the Chief Directorate. Financial Information Management within the Chief Directorate. Develop and Manage strategies, policies, systems, and standards, plan, monitor and evaluate related Infrastructure Finance. Budget and Expenditure Management within the Chief Directorate. Compliance and Risk Management within the Chief Directorate. Leadership, Management and Administration. |
