Personnel Officer: Human Resources Development

Experience:
Appropriate experience in Human Resource Development and Training.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Office). Good communication skills in at least two of the three languages of the Western Cape.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of a work place skills programme. Render a secretariat service to the skills development committee. Maintain a training database. Assist line manager on all HRD and Training policies, procedures and interventions. Complete and submit HRD records, statistics, training reports and in-service course and administer function within the component. Assist with the need analysis, co-ordination of training, information sessions, sourcing of service providers, process, nominations, confirmation letters, attendance registers and statistics. Assist the line manager in the co-ordination of the Employee Health and Wellness function of the component.

Minimum educational qualifications:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence. Persal Introduction Certificate.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
