Experience:
Appropriate administrative support related experience. Appropriate working experience on LOGIS.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good organisational skills. Good reading and writing skills.
 
Requirements:
Grade 12/Senior Certificate plus competencies.

Duties (key result areas or outputs):
Provide Secretariat support to the Director: Project Office Tygerberg Hospital Redevelopment and the Chief Director: IDMS & Strategic Advisor. Provide Administrative Support with respect to meetings/workshops. Render budget administrative support functions to the Directorate: Project Office Tygerberg Hospital Redevelopment and Chief Directorate: IDMS & Strategic Advisor. Assist across directorates as and when required in liaison with the Director: Project Office Tygerberg Hospital Redevelopment. Provide Secretariat support to the Director: Project Office Tygerberg Hospital Redevelopment and the office of the Chief Director: IDMS & Strategic Advisor.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
226 611-266 943 Annual salary plus 37% in lieu of service benefits.
