|
Appropriate experience in Cashier functions. Appropriate experience in Clinicom /AR, Cash Collections. Appropriate experience in drawing relevant reports (Exception reports, Collectors report and Handing over Collectors report). |

Handle all telephonic, written enquiries. Handle and receive public money as well as cash collection. Safekeeping of cash must be kept in a safe. Banking of state money, completing deposit slip. Perform other BAS related duties. |

Knowledge of computerised financial management systems (Clinicom and AR). Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), National and Provincial Treasury. Regulations as well as knowledge of the Accounting Officers System of the Department. Ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Knowledge of Chapter 18. Knowledge of HIS (Accounts Receivable) and UPFS (Uniform Patient Fees System). Knowledge of cashier duties. Ability to transfer skills/ provide training. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accountancy as a passed subject and/or Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703- R 242 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
