Inherent requirement of the job:
After-hour availability for managerial decision-making and shift-working staff administrative duties. Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence. Computer Literate (Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint).
 
Experience:
Appropriate administrative (People management, Human Resource Development, Labour relations), Supply Chain Management (Contract Management, Asset Management), Information Management and 1 year supervisory experience in reception, Cleaning and Admin support.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Coordinate registry services and folder management with responsible for PAIA, SASSA, MVA claims and J88 within the Facility. Supervise, manage, train and delegate administrative duties to reception Administration Clerks, Admin Support Clerk and Welcome Helpdesk Clerk with regards to record-keeping, complaints, switchboard, support programmes. Assist the Facility Manager and Line Managers with regards to the administrative management of the reception, revenue generation, Finance management, HRM Strategy, SCM , Health Information and cleaning management. Assist with infrastructure, IT equipment and assets management. Manage the burden of disease with regards to maintenance of a clean working environment and assist with management of PHC services, e.g. COPC. Labour Relations Management, i.e. apply informal disciplinary actions, disciplinary hearings, investigate charges and handle grievances in support services.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communications skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. The ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team with strong leadership abilities (Problem solving abilities, analytical thinking) to ensure correctness of work. Knowledge of revenue generation audit compliance, handling of revenue, receipt value books and safe regulations. Knowledge of LOGIS/BAS Treasury regulations and stock control system. Extensive knowledge of PHCIS.

Remuneration:
R 257 508- R 303 339 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
