| Administer and supervise the Internship and Learnership programmes. Monitor Internship and Learnership expenditure, and report to external funding sources. Administer and manage the volunteer programme within EMS. Liaise with EMS managers, and all other stakeholders pertaining to the coordination of the volunteer programme. Assist with the implementation of the Continuous Education and Training (CET) programme. Conduct soft skills and Induction training and arrange Career Days for Interns and Volunteers. Provide and ensure effective general support to the Assistant Director. |

| Appropriate coordinating and training experience in Public Sector Skills Development for CET, interns and volunteers. |

|
| Computer literate in MS Office package (Word, Excel and Power Point). Appropriate knowledge and understanding of the Skills Development Act and departmental policies that pertains to the management of Interns and Volunteers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and reporting to the supervisor. Capacity to plan, organise and control own work environment by setting appropriate priorities and achieving set objectives within a given time frame. |
