| Perform all administrative duties pertaining to personnel administration, e.g. appointments, resignations, transfers, pension administration, salary administration, leave, housing allowances, injury on duty, distribution of payslips, debt management, verify documents, qualifications and audits. Responsible for capturing transactions on PERSAL. Audit personnel and leave records. Attend to all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal). File personnel data, policies, regulations and circulars. Provide effective support to supervisor and colleagues. |

Candidates may be subjected to a competency test. No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post.
