Appropriate administrative experience within a hospital environment. Experience of a patient information system, such as Clinicom / Delta 9 or similar. |
|
|
Deliver an effective administrative support service to members of the health team. Efficient record-keeping of appropriate patient activities, e.g. transport, transfers, appointments, lab reports. Perform administrative duties, e.g. typing, filing, faxing and photocopying. Answer telephonic enquiries and arrange appointments. Complete and file documents according to the filing system of the department. Correct handling of patient folders, arrange and attend meetings and take minutes. Complete daily, weekly and monthly statistics, report and data capturing. |

Remuneration:

R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
