Administration Clerk: (Support) Workshop

Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Ability to understand and communicate effectively in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in office practice and/or administration in a Workshop environment.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Assist with procurement of good and services. Maintenance of the attendance registers, administration duties and keep of statistics. Handling of all correspondence for the technical Service Office (Workshop). Receive items delivered by the Main Store and check for correction. Assist with spot checks and stock taking on stock items in the Mini Technical Store. Assist with record keeping in the Mini Technical Store., keep stores neat and serve as liaison officer between Finance, Human Resources and Main Stores.

Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
