An appropriate 3-year Degree/Diploma. |

Appropriate experience in Supply Chain Management. |

|
Knowledge and Practical experience in Logis and Integrated Procurement Solutions (IPS). Good Organizational, Managerial and Leadership skills. Communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of the Procurement and Tender (bid) regulations. Good knowledge of the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act 5 of 2000 (PPPFA), National and Provincial Treasury Regulations. Good knowledge of asset and inventory (stores) management procedures. Knowledge and ability to apply the Disciplinary code. Knowledge of relevant prescripts Departmental Policies, Delegations and Procedures. Computer literacy, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Be familiar with the Accounting Officer’s system for procurement and asset management. |

Manage the Procurement of Consumable stock/services and liaise with various Warehouse to ensure procedure correctness compliant. Manage the Contract, Mini Contracts inclusive of the tender (bids) administration process. Manage the process of assets from acquisition to disposal and Asset register. Liaise with end users, service providers and other Governmental departments regarding Supply Chain Matters. Managing the SCM Financial Reporting on Monthly Basis inclusive of IFS and AFS. Manage the performance and development of own staff. |

Remuneration:
|
R 321 543 - R 378 765 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
