Providing logistical support and arrangements for management meeting and workshops. Obtaining quotations for venues and catering for meetings and workshops and ensure timeous submission of quotations and LOGIS requisition forms. Rendering an effective and efficient meeting secretariat support services to the Head of Department (HOD) Responsible to assist the HOD to capture and complete Performance Agreements and Reviews on PERMIS Rendering administrative support to the HOD and Office Manager. |

Valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence. Willingness to travel and work irregular hours. |

Remuneration:
|
R 382 245- R 450 255 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
