Appropriate administrative experience within a hospital case management or general patient fees environment. Appropriate experience of patient admissions. Appropriate experience in recording data in HIS (Health Information system) i.e. Clinicom. |

Ensure accurate billing of patient accounts, raising and releasing of invoices and debiting of charge entries to invoices as per UPFS(Uniformed Patient Fee Schedule) billing procedures. Assisting Case Manager in sorting out of all relevant folders /drawing of global Reports. Ensure correctness of patient details for example admission/discharge time in Clinicom. Auditing of all H2/H3 Invoices/ icd 10 coding and procedure coding. Provide statistics to Case Manager and maintain files on Case Management processes |

Knowledge of UPFS(Uniformed Patient Fee Schedule). Ability to perform billing related transactions for State Departments and Medical Aid/EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Computer literacy in Microsoft package (Word, Excel and outlook). Good interpersonal and communicate skills (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to accept accountability, responsibility and work independently. Knowledge of ICD 10 coding. |

Remuneration:
|
R 173 703- R 204 612 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
