Administration Clerk: Human Resource Management (Registry)

Experience:
Appropriate office administration experience.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work independently.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Render an effective and efficient records management service and maintain an effective filing system. Management of an effective cleaning, maintenance and support function at the West Coast District Office, including supervision of cleaning staff. Perform the following Contract Management related functions - ensuring security systems is functioning by monitoring and reporting faults, manage gardening services, liaise with courier services. Assist with HR Related activities resulting from work overflow in the Payroll Component. Support to Deputy Director: HRM with regards to HR and Facility Services.
 
Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
