Appropriate administrative experience. Appropriate Clinicom experience. |
|
|
Computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of hospital information systems (e.g. Clinicom). Good interpersonal relations with supervisor, colleagues and the public. Knowledge of and exposure to relevant policies and legislation applicable to the Public Service. The ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to work under pressure, handle a high workload and adhere to deadlines. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to act independently, objectively and confidently. |

Provide general administrative support for all operational activities of the Medical Department. Arrange the Department’s meetings, events and workshops. Collect and monitor receipt of data / information for the compilation of reports. Maintain a database to collate, store and manipulate data to strengthen implementation and monitoring systems. Provide administrative support to, and undertake additional tasks assigned by the department head. Provide assistance to the office of the Head of Institution and Head of Clinical Services in the absence of the allocated clerical support staff. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
