Administration Clerk: Admissions (PHC)

Experience:
Appropriate experience in administration and reception.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Folder management incl. filing, disposals and archiving. Appointment system. Data Management. Reception management and general administrative duties. Stock and equipment management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Good communication and writing skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Ability to manage the switchboard. Ability to function in a group and work under pressure. Analytical and mathematical skills for data processing. Computer literacy (MS word and excel) and knowledge of record keeping procedures. Ability to accept accountability and responsibility and to work independently and unsupervised.

Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject / Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with experience/competencies that focuses on the Key Performance Areas (KPA’S) of the post.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
