Administrative Officer: Human Resource Management (Change Management)

Requirement:
An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/degree preferably in Behavioural/Social Sciences or equivalent.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience with administrative functions and organisational change management initiatives.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provide administrative support with the implementation of the Departmental Change Management Strategies and Projects. Research, collate and prepare documentation relating to change management initiatives. Manage all logistical arrangements within the Change Management Unit. Assist with procurement and financial functions. Provide administrative support to the manager and the unit.
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Willingness to travel and work extended hours. A valid (Code B/EB) drivers licence.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 261 372- R 307 890 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
