Inherent requirement of the job:
Valid Code (B/EB) drivers licence.
 
Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Experience:
Appropriate experience in a hospital/primary health care setting. Appropriate experience in rendering a support service.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to execute duties accurately and thoroughly. Good language and minute taking skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Provide effective administrative services. Assist and relief admin, helpdesk, and health information Clerk. Provide support of the facility manager. Effective meeting management (minute taking and logistical arrangements). To keep medical records up to date by filing, opening of new folders, merging, and archiving of folders and facilitate the appointment system. Assist with queue marshalling and client care.
 
Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
