| Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and in writing in least two or three official languages on the Western Cape. Ability to work in a mortuary environment. Ability to collate and verify data accurately and have good interpersonal and organizational skill and ability to work under pressure, interpret and apply policies. Knowledge of MS Office and (ECM)Electronic Content Management software, Petty cash and EPS (Electronic Purchasing system). Knowledge of Contract Management, PMFA and SCOA codes. |

| Administrative duties, including switchboard, front desk and deductive bundles and labour reporting. Effective control of reports and statements, during and after the Forensic Mortuary process. An effective support to the Manager: FPS Laboratory. Administering documentation in relation to Forensic functional activities. Effective Management of stores, Assets, procurement of goods and services, and infrastructure at the facility. |

| Appropriate experience in LOGIS. Appropriate experience in Medico legal terminology. General Administration experience. |

| Driver’s license (manual transmission). Willingness to work in a mortuary environment. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
