Administration Clerk: Support (Nurse Training)

Note:
Only officials within the Provincial Government: Western Cape will be considered for this post.
 
Experience:
Appropriate Administrative experience in a healthcare environment. Appropriate clinicom experience in a healthcare environment.
 
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
Contribute to effective and efficient nursing student and nursing component staff training administration. Effective and efficient utilisation of all resources, including ordering stock for the department. Optimally and effectively organise nursing administration, keep nursing staff and nursing students’ databases up to date, file documents and keeping leave records up to date. General administration duties, typing of quarterly reports, complete monthly and quarterly statistics. Provide administrative support to nurse training department and nurse management.
 
Competencies (knowledge/skills):
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Basic Computer literacy (Please attached certified copies of Ms Word and Excel).

Requirement:
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
 
Inherent requirement of the job:
Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, after-hours, and weekends. Work night-duty according to the operational requirements of the hospital. Relief of other clerks as required.
 
 
 
 
Remuneration:
R 176 310- R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
