Minimum Requirements: • Grade 12 / Senior certificate with Mathematics as a passed subject. Inherent requirement of the job: • Must be the ages between 18 – 35 years old. • Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and overtime when needed. • Valid First Aid certificate. |

• Computer Literate in MS Office. • The ability to communicate effectively in 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape, of which English is compulsory. |

• Adhere to repeat call escalation policy and support the emergency control centre dispatchers. • Handle inbound communication- calls, faxes and e-mails. • Interrogate call, assess the nature and priority of the incident, and provide feedback to the clients. • Capture all critical information electronically. • Monitor and control the process of all emergency patients. • Completion of daily administration tasks and documentation. • Attend compulsory training. |

Shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo the following assessments: • Oral interview and/or practical assessment • Completion of a DOTS360 form, to verify the documents that are submitted with the application.
