Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good Computer (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and numeracy skills. Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts in the Public Service. Good interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines. |

Perform all administrative duties pertaining to personnel administration, e.g. appointments, service terminations, transfers, leave, housing, pensions, probation, RWOEE and COIDA. Responsible for the capturing of PERSAL transactions and related salary administration transactions. Handle all personnel enquiries and correspondence (written and verbal) in line with policies, regulations and circulars. Maintain an effective records management system pertaining to audits, filing, registers and archiving. General support to supervisor and colleagues as well as relief in registry and subdistricts. |

Senior Certificate (or equivalent). |

Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s licence. |

Remuneration:
|
R 176 310 - R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
