Knowledge and experience of report generation and interpretation in a Health environment. Computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Analytical ability. |

Perform an administrative role as part of the Information Management Team. Verification and matching of data collection tools received for data completeness. Collect, collate, compile, verify data and analyse data trends. Ensure correctness and accuracy of data as well as data quality. Capturing of data on Hospital Information Systems (Sinjani, Clinicom, DHIS). Compile regular health data reports and summaries. Liaising with stakeholders regarding the need, use and frequency of reports. Assist during annual campaigns and audits. Attend meetings and administrative duties. |

Remuneration:

R 176 310 - R 207 681 per annum Annual salary plus service benefits (13th cheque, employer's contribution to the pension fund, housing and medical aid allowance).
